Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and kit components and inventory items for production, and meet standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform picking, packing, and dispatching duties, maintaining logistics efficiency.
• Sustain the supply of materials to the shop floor and collaborate cross-functionally to address bottlenecks.
• Manage raw material movements and replenishment processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Uphold stock point accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory records.
• Ensure warehouse organisation according to company principles.
• Prioritise health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE and reporting incidents promptly.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

Preferred:

• Experience in aviation, automotive, or heavy manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of serial and lot control for materials.
• Forklift license would be a bonus but not required
