- Senior Technical Integration Analyst

One of my clients is actively looking for a Technical Integration Analyst who will take the lead in the technical analysis of integration challenges and ideas working within cross functional teams of architects, designers and developers. You will take ownership over the technical Integration analysis practice to build a consistent set of information assets to understand, describe and map how we deliver business value through integration solutions.
... Key responsibilities and Outcomes
- Provide technical steer over the technical analysis practice, establishing a strong foundation for products and services development.
- Leads process analysis sessions with business units and subject matter experts.
- Undertakes and accurately documents integration process analysis and design sessions with business members, subject matter experts, and other interested to detail requirements and opportunities.
- Create and document modern, fast and highly scalable API specifications that grow and evolve continuously in a resilient and secure ecosystem.
- Work with the team leads to building a strong Integration analysis practice that supports constant improvement and automation.
- Work closely with other experts in analysis, design and quality assurance to deliver great outcomes.
- Identify and promote opportunities to extend and enhance our solutions and products by defining and refining ACC technical documentation standards and guidelines.
- Assist domain architects, designers and product owners with prototyping and developing APIs, Business rules automation and integration solutions specifications, reference models and patterns.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams and vendors to establish and prioritize business and technology requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in Business analysis, Data analysis or solution engineering roles.
- Strong communication and analytical skills combined with prior experience in business analysis, systems implementation design and domain consulting.
- Solid understating of Contract first/API first architectural and software engineering principles.
- Domain driven Data modelling experience and knowledge.
- Requirement elicitation and analysis in agile delivery.
- Scrum experience and Continuous integration is particularly relevant.
- Good working understanding of modern Integration patterns and technologies.
- A passion to explore and use new technology/approaches to solve problems.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development and event based architecture.
- A confident communicator – verbally and in documents.
- Experience in CI/CD Agile DevOps industry standards and tools for story writing, mapping and data modelling and testing.
- Experience with the following is also desirable: Atlassian Jira/confluence, Trello/MS Teams.
