Tech Lead - Azure Integration Specialist
Our client is looking at hiring a Tech Lead who specialises in Azure Integration. This will be a permanent role based in Wellington. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of integration developers, driving the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions within the Azure ecosystem. You will be the technical authority, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and performant integrations that meet business needs. All candidates should have a valid work visa.
Successful candidate will have:
- Extensive Azure Integration Experience: 5+ years of experience designing and implementing integration solutions within the Azure cloud.
- Deep Azure Integration Services Knowledge: Proven expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, and other relevant Azure integration services.
- API Development & Management: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, with experience in API Management.
- Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python).
- Database Expertise: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL
- Database, Cosmos DB).
- CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Relevant Certifications (Preferred): Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
