Are you a passionate and experienced ECE professional looking for a leadership role in a well-resourced and nurturing centre? We are seeking an enthusiastic ECE Team Leader to join our dedicated team in Epsom and inspire both children and educators.

- Flexibility – Open to discussions about full-time hours being worked over four days but preference is 5 days.
About the Role
As our Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and high-quality learning environment
- Support curriculum planning
- Build strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and the wider community
- Maintain compliance with MOE and ERO standards
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
About You
- Hold a Level 7 ECE Qualification and Current Full Teacher Registration
- Have experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an ECE setting
- Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Have a strong understanding of Te Whāriki and ECE regulations
- NZ work rights - Must be a New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident.
