Are you a passionate and experienced ECE professional looking for a leadership role in a well-resourced and nurturing centre? We are seeking an enthusiastic ECE Team Leader to join our dedicated team in Epsom and inspire both children and educators.

About the Role

As our Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and high-quality learning environment
• Support curriculum planning
• Build strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and the wider community
• Maintain compliance with MOE and ERO standards
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

About You

• Hold a Level 7 ECE Qualification and Current Full Teacher Registration
• Have experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an ECE setting
• Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Have a strong understanding of Te Whāriki and ECE regulations
• NZ work rights - Must be a New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident.
