About the role
Are you passionate about IT support and providing exceptional customer service? Join a dynamic team as a Helpdesk Analyst and play a pivotal role in managing our IT operations. This Service Desk team is passionate about customer service and supports their fellow colleagues across this organisation.
- Permanent role starting mid January
- Monday - Friday 8-4:30PM
- Hybrid working, 2 days from home 3 days in office ( Monday is Mandatory )
- Plenty of internal support in beginning stages
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the IT helpdesk, managing and resolving incidents, and escalating issues as needed.
- Providing high-quality user support, including troubleshooting computer, networking, telephony, and application issues.
- Administering user accounts and managing IT assets through systems like Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Deploying hardware and software for new and existing staff.
- Maintaining IT infrastructure using tools such as Intune and Microsoft 365 services.
- Supporting the team with cross-functional projects and ensuring health and safety compliance.
About You
We are looking for people with;
- Experience in first and second-level ICT support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and ICT security awareness.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- A tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.

- Diploma in Information and Communications Technology
- National Diploma in Computing Support
