If you have experience leading a team in Logistics and Production we want to talk to you!
The opportunity:
We are looking for someone who has leadership experience in:
- Logistics in a made to order manufacturing environment
- Production experience (any type of production is suitable)
You will have a natural ability to influence and motivate others as well as be results driven and a hunger to succeed. We are a fast paced made to order business with tight lead times. You will have a knack for balancing operational commitments and the needs of the customer so that neither is compromised, and you will achieve this through the running of a smooth operation.
We have multiple roles available,
What you're there to do:
- Lead decision making
- Work through machinery and other operational issues
- Drive throughput and quality
- Problem solve issues and address issues quickly
- Champion health and safety and compliance
Skills, characteristics & experience you'll bring:
- Trade or degree qualifications in manufacturing or engineering is desirable however not essential
- Previous experience in leading a team in a manufacturing operations environment e.g. Logistics, Production, planning.
- Meticulous planning and organisation skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Be results driven
- Have accountability – own your decisions and actions
- Demonstrated knowledge of CI methodology and mindset
