Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and share your Salesforce expertise with the team.
- Participate in code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a deep understanding of Salesforce development tools and technologies (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
- Proven experience in custom development, including Apex triggers, classes, and batch processes.
- Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Field Service & Field Service Lightning App experience - the project will be building additional features in these areas.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and architecture best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware solutions).
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party tools/integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
