My client is well-known for facilitating apprenticeships and industry training for New Zealand's automotive, transport, logistics, textile fabrication, and extractive industries.
... They are actively looking for a Senior Dynamic 365 Developer who will be responsible for maintenance, compliance and ongoing development of their CRM, Customer Portals and the Learning Management System, including integration services between these systems. This portfolio also includes the preparation of statistical reports and providing user training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently applies best practice principles in software design, development, testing and deployment
- Develops, documents, implements and conducts ongoing reviews of their information technology systems development policies, procedures and internal control systems
- Manages the engagement process and user expectations with the other business groups relating to new and proposed system development changes
- Facilitates and co-ordinates system development training for the Digital team and the wider organisation
- Contributes to cross-functional team and/or group projects and activities
- Complies with health and safety legislation and organisational policy
- Participates in, and contributes to, the maintenance and ongoing development of the health and safety programme
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing software applications
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience with Object Oriented Development (C# or similar)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 development tools (Workflow, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Microsoft Graph)
- Experience with web development and scripting (HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, JSON or similar)
- Experience with creating complex data queries, reports and functions with SQL
- Experience in working in all aspects of the software development life cycle
- An understanding and experience using recognised project management methodologies
- Understanding of, and commitment to, the promotion of and adherence to health and safety practices
- Understanding of and experience in a customer service environment
