You will have extensive experience in government environments and have had involvement in implementing policy and legislation. A desire to help others and improve society would be a great motivator.
You will be responsible for analysing and describing the current and future state in relation to the organisations strategy. You will need to be able to identify the work required to get them there and support the creation of the implementation approach and Business Case.
Your skills and experience should include:
- Skilled in developing options and recommendations to achieve the future state
- High quality of documentation and writing
- Adept in identifying impacted processes, tools, and templates, to create dependency links
- Basic knowledge of data and data flows
You will have a track record of meeting deadlines and bring an extensive Business Analyst toolkit with a focus on business change. Experience with the Treasury Better Business Case requirements would be beneficial.
