Location: Dunedin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (35 hours per week)
Duration: Until early/mid-February

About the Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:
- Welcoming and greeting customers by appointment.
- Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
- Answering phone calls and taking accurate messages.
- Supporting the team with general customer service tasks.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous customer service experience (retail or hospitality background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and friendly demeanour.
- Confidence using phones and scheduling systems.
- Availability to commit to full-time hours until early/mid-February.
