Temporary Retail Support

Location: Dunedin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (35 hours per week)
Duration: Until early/mid-February
Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Are you customer-focused, organised, and ready to support a dynamic retail environment? We’re looking for a temporary Retail Support Assistant to join a busy Dunedin store and provide exceptional service during the summer period.

About the Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:

• Welcoming and greeting customers by appointment.
• Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
• Answering phone calls and taking accurate messages.
• Supporting the team with general customer service tasks.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous customer service experience (retail or hospitality background preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and friendly demeanour.
• Confidence using phones and scheduling systems.
• Availability to commit to full-time hours until early/mid-February.
