We are currently seeking casual qualified teachers to join our reliever pool and work across multiple early childhood centres in Auckland. As a reliever, you will be on an as needed basis to cover staff absences and provide high quality care and education to children aged 0 - 5 years old.
If you’ve just recently graduated and are looking to experience different childcare environments and work with diverse teams then this is the fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded people. You will play a key role in supporting the early formative years of a child’s life, and become an outstanding role model.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and engaging with young children and ensuring a safe learning environment for all children
- Follow existing lesson plans and facilitate play/learning activities
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a smooth transition for children
- Maintain a clean environment and ensure classroom is safe for children
- Being adaptable and responsive to varying needs of children and the centres themselves

- ECE or Primary NZ recognised qualification or overseas equivalent as assessed by NZQA (Level 7+)
- Current NZ teachers registration
- Valid NZ work rights
