This is a 2 month temporary opportunity for a skilled and proactive Property Manager for an organisation who is determined to make a difference in managing residential properties, focusing on building strong relationships and overseeing essential maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Maintenance Oversight: Manage the maintenance and repair works of residential properties, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure properties meet relevant safety, health, and housing regulations and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Tenant Communication: Provide clear and effective communication to tenants regarding maintenance schedules, property updates, and important information.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, particularly in a residential setting.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance processes and regulations.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with property management software is advantageous.
