Programme Risk and Assurance Lead - Contract role
Our client is looking to hire a Programme Risk and Assurance Lead who will be responsible for leading advice, support and coordination of fit for purpose assurance across the programme. This will be for the replacement of a legacy system. The role will be a 12-month contract and based in Wellington.
Successful candidates will have:
- Highly experienced Risk and Assurance lead across significant business transformation programmes, enabled by technology.
- Experience coaching, consulting, and mentoring in project and programme assurance and delivery.
- Experience in planning for and conducting project and programme assurance reviews and working with project staff to ensure recommendations are implemented.
- Highly developed Sponsor, Governance and stakeholder relationship management skills, including at the CE / Central Agencies/ Minister level.
- Experienced in managing risks associated with large public sector technology and transformation programmes
