We have an exciting nine month Personal Assistant opportunity supporting a senior manager with a government agency in the heart of Wellington
Responsibilities include:
Diary & Email Management – Stay one step ahead, coordinating schedules and keeping things on track.
Minute & Note Taking – Capture key discussions and decisions in high-level meetings.
Travel & Event Coordination – Organise travel, workshops, and venues.
Financial Administration – Handle invoices and expenses.
Team Support – Assist the wider team with as needed administration tasks
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous Personal Assistant experience in government or corporate settings.
- Strong proficiency in managing diaries and emails efficiently.
- Proactive approach with a track record of planning, and prioritising.
- Discretion when handling confidential, commercially sensitive, or personal information.
- Outstanding relationship management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
