We’re looking for someone to provide office administration and facilities operations support. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, good technical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
About the Role:
- Assignment - Immediate start until the 31st July 2025
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 26 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $30 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
- Location - Gisborne office
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating building and facilities maintenance
- Providing front-line customer service
- Supporting technology needs in the office
- Assisting with office administration tasks including calendars
- Managing induction, onboarding, offboarding, and security access cards
- Handling fleet coordination and other operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who takes initiative and can think on their feet
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of computers and technology to provide office tech support
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- A full, clean driver’s licence is requirement
