Your Role
As an L3 Network & Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and optimization of our client's services. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions, provide technical expertise, and support a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will serve as a technical escalation point for customers and internal teams, providing expert advice and troubleshooting assistance. You will also contribute to the design, implementation, and documentation of technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both technical and non-technical customers and internal teams.
- Provision, configure, design, implement, and troubleshoot secure network solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with ICT providers, vendors, product, and customer teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in change management and process improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Intermediate experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong articulation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with network access control, IT security, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, PKI).
- Hands-on expertise with Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Management, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, and NPS.
- CCNA or NSE 4 qualification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with networking products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
