- Lead a team of 3 project managers responsible for delivering a variety of national property projects.
- Develop and implement innovative project management strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop new approaches to optimise property project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team of project professionals.
- Strong technical expertise in property management and facilities management.
- A deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
