Key Responsibilities
đť LMS Management
- Act as the primary contact for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, assign courses to the appropriate audiences, and drive system improvements to meet organisational needs.
đ¨ Learning Design & Delivery
- Assist with the design and delivery of impactful training programs using tools such as Camtasia and Storyline Articulate.
- Develop workshops and forums designed to engage and inspire teams.
đ¤ Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to deliver creative solutions that support employee growth.
- No work from home with this role to ensure optimal team collaboration and fostering a buzzing work environment.
- Respond to general Tier 1 learning and development queries.
- Lead by example with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
đ¤ Onboarding Support
- Assist in the setup and facilitation of onboarding sessions for new starters, ensuring their experience is engaging, informative, and inspiring.
- Leverage confidence and creativity to create a memorable and impactful onboarding process.
Skills & Experience Required
đ A Bachelorâs degree in HR or a related field.
⨠1-2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
đď¸ Proficiency in tools like Camtasia, Storyline Articulate, and creative platforms such as Adobe and Photoshop.
đ Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
đ§ Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
đ A cheerful, approachable, and professional demeanour, even under pressure.
đ Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
