About the Role
...
As an Insurance Consultant – Sales, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to help their customers make informed decisions. Your goal will be to deliver positive customer experiences while meeting sales and retention objectives.
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week between 8AM - 7PM ( set shfits )
- Hybrid working, 2 days in office & 3 days from home. Full time office work is allowed.
- Annual leave entitlement 4 weeks + 2 extra days
- Giving back days - leave days for charity work

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via inbound, outbound, and digital channels to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct high-quality conversations to achieve customer satisfaction and sales success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to team performance goals and a high-achieving team culture.
