A well known Contact Centre in Wellington are seeking extra support to cover their busy spell over the next 3 months. A fun, dynamic and team focused working environment with supportive management! This Company has a warm and inviting office & are on the look out for new staff members to join their team.
The Role:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End date: April/May
- Pay: $27 per hour + 8% holiday pay, paid weekly
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 830AM - 5PM.
About You:
- Previous customer service experience is ideal, but we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including call centres, hospitality, retail, and university students.
- Thrives in a challenging and vibrant environment.
- Must hold valid working rights in New Zealand (working visa, residency, or citizenship).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive and high-quality interactions.
- Engage in strong, effective conversations with customers, showing genuine interest in resolving their issues.
- Interact with customers via email, webchat, and telephone.
Requirements:
- Must have long-term work rights in New Zealand.
- A clear criminal history is essential.
