Exciting Opportunities - Customer Service & Administration roles!
- Duration: 3 Months - Permanent opportunities
- Start Date: ASAP Start, 4 week notice periods are fine
- Pay Rate: $27.80 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Training: Full training provided
- Hours: Want to hear from you if you can work Monday - Friday or are able to be flexible and work weekends too.
- Handling inbound calls from clients & stakeholders across New Zealand
- Able to multitask and use different platforms at once
- Making follow-up and triaging calls
- Assisting internal staff and stakeholders with requests
- Managing complaints professionally and efficiently
- Administrative duties
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
