- Hours: Monday - Friday 830 - 4/5PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients across New Zealand.
- Resolving inquiries and offering information via phone and email.
- Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Handling administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a call centre or administration role is preferred.
- A natural customer-first approach in everything you do.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and convey complex information clearly.
- Confidence in using computer systems and navigating multiple platforms.
- Empathetic listening skills, especially when handling sensitive situations.
- Resilience and adaptability to work in changing environment.
- Ability to use initiative
