Exciting Opportunity – Customer Service Roles!
Randstad has partnered with one of New Zealand's leading providers of community healthcare, currently experiencing a busy period over the next 4–5 months.

The Role:
- Duration: 4-month temporary assignment
- Start Date: 31 March
- Pay Rate: $27.80 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Training: Full training provided (Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5 PM from 31 March –11 April)
- Location: Central Petone – public transport recommended
- Hours: Between 7AM - 10PM, Tuesday - Saturday shifts. Sunday and Monday off.
- Note: Must be available/open to working weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from clients across New Zealand
- Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
- Making follow-up and triaging calls
- Assisting internal staff and stakeholders with requests
- Managing complaints professionally and efficiently
About You:
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
