Position overview:
As a Cusotmer Service Represantative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of any office. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing product information and assistance with troubleshooting
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Documenting interactions and feedback in the system
About you:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
