We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our dynamic e-commerce contact centre team for a 3-month assignment at our Wiri location. Assignment Details:
... - Duration: 4th November 2024 – 2nd February 2025
- Hours: 40 hours per week initially (Please note: working hours in January are reduced to 30 hours per week based on business needs).
- Sundays to Thursdays, 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Training: 4th November to 22nd November, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Location: Wiri, Auckland (Onsite only, no work-from-home options)
- Pay: $26.52 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Parking: Secure onsite parking available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer service to customer’s enquiries, ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
- Manage customer interactions across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve customer queries, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support the e-commerce side of the business, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
What you bring:
- Essential: At least 1 year of recent contact centre experience.
- Genuine interest in interacting with people and helping their queries.
- Typing and data entry skills (30WPM - 40WPM+), with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using contact centre based CRM systems.
- Ability to work across different systems and platforms, with excellent multitasking skills.
- Flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
