What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities through networking, lead generation, and proactive outreach.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals that contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to refine strategies.
- Lead a small team of Business Development Executives and report directly to the Head of Business Development.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- FMCG experience is essential – proven success in business development within the industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
