We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team in this Auckland based role.

A typical day in the life:
- Develop and run strategic sales plans to expand reach.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including networking, lead generation, and cold outreach.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
- Leading a small team of Business Development Executives and reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.
What you'll need:
- Proven track record of success in business development within the FMCG industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
