Are you an experienced Backup Engineer with expertise in Veeam? This role offers an opportunity to enhance data resilience and security with a top technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Veeam backup solutions for reliable data protection.
- Perform regular system and data backups to support business continuity.
- Monitor and maintain backup performance, promptly addressing issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot backup-related issues.
- Conduct regular testing of backup and restore processes for reliability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of backup procedures, configurations, and system changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Veeam Backup Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Veeam software, backup strategies, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with storage solutions and SAN/NAS environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Veeam Certified Engineer) are a plus.
