We are seeking an Administrator for a temporary assignment based in the CBD and have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of this close-knit registration team.
about the role
- Full time, business hours
- Wellington Central office close to the train station
- $25 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
- Immediate start until the end of June, with the possibility of being extended or made permanent for the right person.
key responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process applications according to policy, legislation and procedures
- Validate and authenticate registration details
- Confirm and validate information with external parties via email / telephone
- Send out supporting information to registered parties
- Analyse information, identify anomalies within established guidelines
- Actioning changes on the database
about you
Previous administration and customer service experience would set you apart from other candidates, in addition to the the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a busy environment, prioritise workload and to deadlines
- Comfortable with using technology and learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Available to start immediately and have a satisfactory criminal and credit check
