A day in the life of a Delivery Consultant at Randstad generally starts with a morning meeting with your team. Communication and collaboration is critical in this role and the purpose of this meeting is to set the direction of your day.

You will discuss wins, updates and priorities and plan the day ahead. With a clear plan in place, you start your day knowing what you need to prioritise and accomplish to see success!

It's time for you to find your candidates! Your search begins by filtering through applications that have come in from the previous day. Then, with all of the resources and tools provided to you by Randstad you will begin to search the internal database, job boards and Linkedin to find suitable candidates for your clients vacancies.

Depending on the roles you are recruiting for you may need to headhunt and cold call new candidates. You love connecting with candidates and understanding what roles they will thrive in.

finding the perfect fit.

The core purpose of your role as a Delivery Consultant is to provide our experienced Recruiters with top quality candidates in order to generate future business. You will regularly engage with your Recruiter’s about their open vacancies to understand the position, what they look for in a candidate and to update them on your progress. You will also be responsible for creating a solid candidate pool and look to engage with them on a regular basis.

Take job briefs
Evaluate candidate strengths versus client requirements
Negotiate wage rates
