The annual Randstad Award survey is the largest independent employer branding study globally. Some 225,000 people from around the world are asked what makes an organisation attractive to work for, what are the most attractive sectors and whom they would most like to work for. 

The publication "Standing Out: insights from celebrated employer brands" marks the announcement of the 2015 Randstad Award survey country winners and global winner. Featuring interviews with HR executives from six organisations that have consistently scored highly in the Randstad Award survey, we explore what makes an employer appealing to prospective and existing staff.
