We have a short term Personal Assistant assignment supporting at General Manager level, with a Ministry organisation known for their great work environment and culture.
- Wellington Central location
- Immediate start, 4 - 6 weeks, with the possibility of being extended
- $40 per hour plus 8% holiday entitlement
Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management
- Managing travel and accommodation bookings
- Event Management
- Invoicing
- Updating and maintaining key business applications
- Manage incoming correspondence/inquiries
about you
We’re keen to hear from you if you’re an experienced Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or someone who has strong administration with experience in the tasks listed above.
You will have excellent communication, organisation and relationship building skills and are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
