We are recruiting for outstanding customer service representatives to service a multi-national technology company, a brand you will absolutely know, located in one of the most iconic buildings in Wellington.
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be answering incoming calls from product users across Australia and New Zealand, providing general information and assisting with basic trouble-shooting. Giving every customer you speak with an outstanding personal experience.
Do you have the essential criteria to be successful in this role?
- Customer service experience with a real flair for building rapport
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A typing speed of 25 words per minute minimum
- Confident in using various software packages and computer terminology
- Contact Centre experience
- Helpdesk knowledge
- IT background and a love of new technology
