To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Experience on New Zealand commercial projects - new build and refurbishment
- Knowledge of New Zealand construction methods - steel frame, tilt panel and precast concrete
- Contacts within the local area for suppliers and contractors
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in New Zealand Building Codes, Health and Safety and Standards
- Trade/carpentry background and certificate
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with the main contractor
- A team approach, with an "in it together attitude"
