We currently have a number of Project Coordinator opportunities and there are more coming! These clients require people quickl, so ideally you will be available immediately or close to it!
For all of these roles we require Project Coordinators with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Project environment and a working understanding of how programmes and projects work across a range of industries including IT & business change.
You will have a serious can do attitude with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels easily. The basics such as minute taking, meeting papers, meeting schedules and updating project plans will come naturally to you and you are able to take on adhoc tasks with ease.
You will have the following:
- At least three years experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience in implementing and maintaining project governance
- Knowledge of Prince2 and Agile (ideally holding the qualifications)
Project Coordinators are often the glue that keep a project running, especially through highly stressful times. You will be able to keep calm in these situations and maintain a high level of professionalism and organisation at all times. Building relationships across the organisations will be key to ensure the success of your team so you will have excellent relationship building abilties.
