To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
Minimum 6 month’s outbound/technical experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Be a strong team player
Be able to work under pressure
Be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft office
Knowledge of Microsoft would be an advantage
Full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
Be able to commit to a 3month contract
Be able to demonstrate the ability to convert leads into sales
Be available for an immediate start
Your main responsibilities will be:
Warm calling national and global clients
Responding to client / customer queries – nationally and globally
Cross selling and upselling
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8pm – 4.30am
