We are currently recruiting for an events coordinator based in Grey Lynn. This is a temporary assignment working for a well known automotive brand so you will need the relevant experience to hit the ground running.

What we are looking for:

  • previous event management or coordination experience
  • exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • exposure to operational and logistical tasks
  • a creative flair and great initiative

The role will be supporting the marketing manager through their peak period so be prepared to learn lots and gain more experience in this field. They are a close knit team who enjoy a good balance between working hard and fun within the workplace.

You will be:

  • a self starter with a vibrant and fun personality
  • conscientious and hardworking
  • attentive to detail
  • experience with Photoshop or Indesign
  • an intermediate knowledge of the MS suite
