We are currently looking for candidates with call centre experience and preferably who have had some time working in any banking / finance organisations. We need confident, quick learners with the proven capability being comfortable with a variety of systems.
Initially this is a 3 month rolling contract with potential to go perm if interested in that option.
We've got some great training in place to get you upskilled quickly and focus on developing you further in your career. We're currently in East Tamaki but moving to Newmarket around September 2017 so you'll need to comfortable with these locations!
Hours – 40 hours per week on a rotating roster. You will be working on rotating rosters with a new roster every 4 weeks and you will know what hours you’ll be doing 3 weeks in advance.
Please bear in mind, this is fairly fluid so please be flexible.
Hours of operation for our call centre are as follows:
Monday - Wednesday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Thursday - Friday, 8.30am - 9.00pm
Saturday - Sunday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
