Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and vendors at all times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers which covers all levels of people within an account, in order to develop a long term profitable business relationship.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, so that the company can drive the right business outcomes for both parties.
  • Engage in several ongoing weekly business meetings to create the right sales outcomes.
  • Attend all vendor specific presentations and training sessions.
  • Complete successfully any vendor specific training requirements.
  • Manage all sales opportunities within the company web site by updating individual quotes on a fortnightly bases.
  • Provide the latest product and pricing information to appropriate people within an account.
  • Facilitate customer demos, presentations and external & internal product training.
  • Pre-sales engagement, network & build design; ccna requirement.
  • Help customers grow their business and in doing so grow company’s business.
  • Complete all vendor reporting as requested by the vendor.
  • Ensure sales targets in business plan are met.
  • Work with the PM to develop regular quarterly business plans.
  • Work to make sure vendor KPOs/KPIs are achieved.
