We offer three levels of assessment centre services, all of which can be customised to suit your individual business requirements. They are:
option 1 - full service assessment
This is our 'bells and whistles' option - offering a full service assessment which incorporates job analysis, competency matrix creation, design of four to five assessment exercises, psychometric assessment, tailored reference checking, integration of all assessment results and full candidate reporting. We recommend this recruitment approach for senior management and team leaders.
option 2 - high volume recruitment
This second option provides a cost effective, efficient approach to volume recruitment and incorporates job analysis, competency matrix creation, design of two to three assessment exercises, reference checking and integration of all assessment results. Psychometric assessment and candidate reporting is also available, however is not mandatory in this option.
option 3 - standardised assessment
Our "On the Run" assessment centre product provides a quick and easy approach to volume recruitment. In this third option we have created a set of standardised assessment centres to assist with the placement of commonly recruited roles. This is a cost effective option when you are working within tight timeframes and budget requirements.
